Cancellation Policy

All appointments have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled.(Deposit is no longer valid) Deposits are $15 and it goes towards your service. Deposits are non-refundable and valid only for the time and date requested. By sending a deposit you are agreeing to my policies. If I have to cancel an appointment for a personal/emergency reason a full refund of deposit will be made within 24 hours of cancellation. If you are a no-call no show you must pay 50% of the balance from the missed appointment in order to book again.
